ITW Forms Total Kitchen Solutions Project & Design Team

With more than 100 years of combined experience in the foodservice equipment and supplies industry, the newly formed ITW Total Kitchen Solutions Project & Design Team will be tasked with supporting foodservice consultants and specifiers.

The team is part of ITW Food Equipment Group (FEG), a FEDA manufacturer member. Dan Montgomery, previously director of design and project business at Vulcan; Laura Gutkowski, previously director of marketing at Traulsen; and Shayne Varnum, previously director of consultant services and government sales for ITW FEG, have been promoted to the roles of director, design and consultant support. Montgomery will cover the Western United States, Gutkowski will oversee the Central region and Varnum will be responsible for the Eastern market.

The trio will represent ITW FEG’s complete portfolio of brands, including Hobart, Vulcan, Traulsen, Baxter, and Gaylord. They will focus on delivering total kitchen solutions, from food preparation and refrigeration to cooking and baking, as well as dishwashing and food waste management.
