Alto-Shaam, a FEDA manufacturer member, has appointed Todd Schneider as its new CFO to help drive and support scalable, long-term growth.

Schneider brings more than 30 years of finance, operations and continuous improvement leadership experience to the Wisconsin-based company. A certified Lean Six Sigma black belt, he has a proven track record in leading transformative initiatives that improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance, Alto-Shaam said in a news release.

Schneider also has extensive experience working across the manufacturing sector, including more than a decade at Serigraph, a specialty printing manufacturer. Most recently, he spent more than five years as CFO for Pacur LLC, an advanced medical materials and chemical packaging specialist.

As part of Alto-Shaam's senior leadership team, Schneider will report directly to CEO Steve Maahs. “We are pleased to welcome Todd to our Alto-Shaam family,” Maahs said. “He is a dynamic leader with extensive experience and expertise in financial leadership and continuous improvement, which will be valuable as we enter our next phase of growth.”
