How has your company set itself apart in the foodservice equipment and supplies industry?
We pride ourselves on our service. This isn’t just our customer service team — it’s every team. Taking care of our customers is our guiding star. We also ship orders within 24 to 48 hours after receiving them.
What are some key products and services we should highlight?
We just launched our Crusader trash can line, which we are very excited about. Beyond that, our top products are wire shelving, polymer shelving, bins, and trash cans. We have more than 24,000 SKUs available.
How has the company innovated in recent years?
We have added numerous products to our offering: Millenia, our polymer shelving; Crusader, our trash can line; and our store grid-mounted systems, which are great as kitchen footprints get increasingly smaller. We have focused our innovation on optimizing our capacity as a plastic molding manufacturer for foodservice needs. We identified products that were being made offshore by other manufacturers and brought that development to our Miami facilities, where they could be made in the United States. We’ve also moved beyond shelving by strategically using bin storage to optimize foodservice applications and innovate new storage solutions.
How is your company growing?
Quantum Food Service grew by over 30 percent last year and is on track to grow by over 30 percent in 2025 as well.
What challenges are your customers facing, and what are some examples of how your business has helped them create solutions?
Some customers have struggled to get timely product supply from competitors. When that happens, we pride ourselves on creating a solution and ensuring the experience they receive keeps them coming back.
What excites you about the future of our industry?
The young leaders we see moving up every day — and the growth we continue to experience.
Is there anything else FEDA members should know about your company?
Come experience what we call the Quantum difference. We promise it will provide you with solutions and keep you coming back.
