Please tell us a little bit about your company's history.
From a shared warehouse space in rural Kinston, North Carolina, to a nationwide shipping distribution network, we’ve grown by staying focused on our customers’ needs and expectations.
How has your company set itself apart in the foodservice equipment and supplies industry?
We deliver high-quality, value-priced foodservice equipment backed by fast, no-hassle warranty support. Our partners and end users count on us for products that perform, service that shows up, and reliability they can trust every day.
What are some key products and services we should highlight?
We manufacture refrigeration equipment, including undercounter units and reach-in refrigerators; gas cooking equipment, including convection ovens and gas ranges; stainless steel sinks and worktables; and wire shelving.
How has the company innovated in recent years?
We have expanded our distribution network, broadened our product lines, and continued to evolve designs based on dealer and service feedback. These efforts ensure faster access to equipment and improvements that reflect real-world performance needs.
What are some trends in foodservice equipment and supplies your company is closely watching? What do you believe is driving those trends?
We are closely watching trends in energy efficiency, durability, and value-driven design. Rising operating costs and tighter labor availability are pushing operators to seek equipment that performs reliably with lower lifetime costs. At the same time, dealer and service partners continue to emphasize ease of installation, simpler maintenance, and faster serviceability — all of which guide our product development and sourcing decisions.
How is your company making the best use of new technology?
We are leveraging technology to streamline both service and operations. On the service side, we’ve invested in warranty software that simplifies claim management and improves response times. Operationally, we’re using data-driven purchasing and distribution planning to keep inventory aligned with dealer demand. These tools help us reduce friction, cut downtime, and ensure our partners get the support they need quickly.
How is your company growing?
We are growing by expanding our distribution footprint, broadening product lines, and strengthening relationships with dealers and service partners. Our focus is on supporting customers with faster delivery, more complete assortments, and equipment designed around their feedback. This approach has allowed us to scale nationally while staying true to our value-driven foundation.
