Alexandra Ricciuti
Victorinox, a FEDA manufacturer member specializing in cutlery, has hired Alexandra Ricciuti as the new East region sales manager for its foodservice and hotel, restaurant, catering (HoReCa) division. She will report to Greg Stak, vice president of sales for commercial cutlery, North America.
In her new role, Ricciuti will work closely with high-volume foodservice operators to support their goals of reducing costs, improving safety, and boosting employee satisfaction by equipping their teams with Victorinox knives. “Her deep foodservice/HoReCa expertise strengthens our commitment to helping customers operate more efficiently, equipping them with industry-leading knives and practical, cost-saving solutions designed for high-volume environments,” said Ulrich Wohn, president of Victorinox North America.
In a news release, the company said she brings a strong track record of driving growth across the foodservice equipment and packaging sectors. Most recently, Ricciuti served as district sales representative for Dart Container, where she managed a $30 million territory. She has also held roles as executive chef consultant and regional sales manager with Wood Stone Corp. and RATIONAL AG.
“Victorinox continues to gain momentum in the HoReCa/foodservice industry, driven by the lifetime value and cost efficiency our knives bring to operators,” Stak said. “We’re excited to welcome a team member whose expertise will continue to advance that mission.”
