RATIONAL Named Among Best Places to Work in Chicago Area and Nationally

For the seventh consecutive year, RATIONAL USA has been named one of the best companies to work for in the country and in the Chicago area.

The Best & Brightest Companies to Work For program honors organizations that drive business excellence, enrich lives and strengthen communities. Winning companies underwent a yearlong evaluation by an independent research firm that reviewed several key metrics. Scoring categories included compensation and benefits, wellness and well-being, employee engagement and retention, learning and development, recruitment and hiring, recognition and achievement, communication and vision, civility and inclusion, work-life balance, community and responsibility, leadership, and company performance.
