SilverChef Elevates Sales Leader to Vice President

SilverChef, a FEDA business services member that provides equipment financing solutions, has promoted Dion Ireland to vice president of sales.

In his new role, Ireland will work with Jon Jacobs, president of U.S. operations, to expand SilverChef’s partnerships with commercial kitchen equipment dealers and distributors, and to help more foodservice operators access its flexible equipment financing programs.

Since joining SilverChef in 2022, Ireland has held leadership roles across the Australia-based company’s global markets. Previously, he was state sales manager for Queensland and the Northern Territory. He also served as the director of business development and enablement for the United States market and senior vice president of sales East for Canada.

“Dion spent years helping operators make smarter equipment decisions from behind the dealership counter,” Jacobs said. “He understands why flexibility matters to a first-time restaurant owner choosing between a combi oven and keeping three months of rent in reserve.”
