Two leaders at FEDA member companies have been named to Total Food Service’s 2026 list of the 25 Top Women in Foodservice and Hospitality.

The annual list honors women who are making significant contributions across the foodservice industry, from groundbreaking chefs to innovators in supply chain management and equipment sales. This year’s honorees include Jamie Arguello, principal and CEO of Grady’s Foodservice Equipment & Supplies, and Rita Cugini, national sales director for Nella Cutlery.

As noted by Total Food Service, Arguello is a third-generation owner of Grady’s who has expanded the distributor’s national footprint by executing complex, multi-location projects and strengthening long-term vendor alignment. She is also known for her focus on financial performance, scalable systems, and data-driven decision-making, and helping advance the distribution industry through her work as vice chairman of the FEDA Board of Directors.

Over her nearly 20 years at Nella Cutlery, Cugini has focused on developing talent, strengthening team performance, and delivering sustainable value. With a results-driven approach, Cugini taps into her international perspective and hands-on experience to lead with integrity, collaboration, and a people-first mindset, Total Food Service said.

The recognition is presented by Atosa, a FEDA manufacturer member. The full list of the 2026 winners is available here.
