Unox Looks Inward for Corporate Chef Team Leader

Unox, a FEDA manufacturer member, has promoted Sherief Shawky to corporate chef team leader.

Shawky brings more than a decade of culinary leadership to his new role, where he'll guide Unox’s nationwide team of corporate chefs in demos, trainings and customer programs designed to help operators maximize their use of Unox technology. Before joining Unox as a corporate chef in 2023, Shawky was the regional culinary director for 5th Street Group and the executive chef for IPIC Theaters.

“His creativity and operational expertise have already elevated our culinary support, and we're excited to see him mentor our team and help operators unlock new levels of efficiency and flavor,” the company said in a social media post announcing the hire.
