CES Family of Companies Continues Acquisition Strategy With Addition of Southeast Mechanical

CES Family of Companies, an Illinois-based FEDA distributor member, has acquired Southeast Mechanical, a distributor of refrigeration equipment located in Chatfield, Minnesota.

The acquisition is expected to strengthen CES’ ability to service the foodservice industry by combining Southeast Mechanical’s expertise in equipment installation, service, and repair with the equipment and supplies offerings of Total Restaurant Supply, another CES company based in Minnesota. CES acquired Total Restaurant Supply in March 2024.

“Together, we’re delivering more value, faster service, and the comprehensive support our customers deserve,” CES said in a statement.

The addition of Southeast Mechanical is the latest in a series of acquisitions CES has made in recent years. CES has acquired seven companies since 2023, including Ramar Supply, McCormick Service, March Equipment, Wilson Restaurant Supply, Dubick Fixture and Supply, Windrock Enterprises, and Bolton & Hay.
