Young Industry Leaders Retreat: Learning Why Great Leaders Don’t Always Say “Yes”

The FEDA Young Industry Leaders retreat, held June 10-11 at ITW Corporate Headquarters in Illinois, brought together emerging professionals for two days of leadership development, networking, and industry engagement. Through presentations by ITW executives, participants explored topics such as strategic focus, organizational alignment, growth mindset, and building strong cultures, with a recurring emphasis on the principle of "less but better" and the importance of managing priorities effectively.
