Industry Veteran to Lead Middleby Advantage and Middleby First Service

Kevin Fink has joined Middleby as senior vice president of Middleby Advantage and Middleby First Service. In this role, Fink will lead all service-related strategies and initiatives across the company and its brands. He will be supported by two long-time service veterans, Jim Kramer and Adam McCollough.

“Customer service has always been a top priority for Middleby brands, and Kevin’s extensive knowledge of our industry and customers will elevate the Middleby service offerings to best-in-class for our customers,” said James K. Pool III, chief technology and operations officer. “Under Kevin’s leadership, we are excited for new service initiatives that will benefit Middleby customers.”

Fink has extensive experience in the foodservice equipment and supplies industry, having served in senior management roles at leading companies such as Parts Town, Ali Group, Scotsman Industries, Welbilt, and Hobart. He has also served as president and a board member for the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM).
