Gator Chef Hires Purchasing Specialist

Gator Chef, a FEDA distributor member based in Lisle, Illinois, announced the hiring of Henry Jones as a purchasing specialist.

Before joining Gator Chef, Jones was a global sourcing analyst for Dover Corp. He also worked as a procurement associate for Fermilab’s scientific enterprise computing and strategic commercial purchasing teams. A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Jones has a bachelor’s degree in logistics, materials, and supply chain management.

“I am a detail-oriented supply chain professional specializing in centralized operational purchasing and have been in the industry for over four years,” Jones said in a statement. “From industrial warehousing to privatized corporate environments, all the way to the federal government, I have been involved in various purchasing and logistics operations. I am excited to continue my career here at Gator Chef and learn within the commercial kitchen and restaurant equipment and supplies industry.”
