After nearly 20 years with Central Restaurant Products and TAKKT Foodservices, Kerrie Lafky is retiring from the foodservice equipment and supplies industry.

Lafky joined Central Restaurant Products in 2007 as the Indianapolis-based dealer’s first-ever human resources director. Over the years, her key responsibilities included heading the development of company core values, leadership development and training, and the recruitment and retention of top talent. Following the merging of Central Restaurant Products and Hubert Company’s operations under TAKKT, Lafky moved into the role of vice president of people operations for TAKKT’s foodservice division.

“Kerrie has been the heart of our people-focused culture, leading with empathy, integrity and dedication,” TAKKT Foodservices said in a post on social media. “She helped unite the Hubert Company and Central Restaurant Products teams during our merger and created a workplace where every team member can thrive.”
