Parts Town Unlimited, a FEDA business services member that distributes commercial kitchen parts, has announced that Bill Geary is joining the company as CEO.

The appointment follows Steve Snower’s decision to transition to executive chairman of the board after 21 years as CEO. Snower cited family considerations related to his wife’s ongoing recovery from leukemia treatment and a stem cell transplant as the reason for his decision. In a news release, Snower said he would continue to be active in the company, inspiring its vision and values while working on major innovations and mergers and acquisitions. “This transition provides me with the flexibility that I need to support the needs of my family,” he said. “Bill joining will provide the strong leadership presence, expertise and drive required to deliver on our vision.”

Geary joins Parts Town Unlimited from his most recent role leading a multibillion-dollar division of Wesco, a technology-enabled global distribution leader with more than 20,000 team members worldwide. “Bill is the right leader for the job,” Snower said. “He is a humble, ambitious leader with incredible and relevant experience. I’ve spent significant time getting to know Bill as a leader and a person and can’t wait to partner with him on this incredible journey. We will be working together to build Parts Town Unlimited for years to come.”

“I am excited to be a part of the incredible growth journey and to partner with Steve and the amazing leadership team at Parts Town Unlimited,” Geary said. “The business has incredible potential for continued high growth and innovation. I look forward to leveraging my past global business experience and history of managing high-growth businesses to position Parts Town Unlimited for continued success. I am proud to be joining a team with such a strong culture and commitment to core values.”

In addition to the CEO change, Glenn Chamberlin is joining the company as CFO. Chamberlin was most recently executive vice president of finance at BradyPLUS. He will succeed Lori Sherwood, who is retiring in the spring of 2026 after leading the business through 37 acquisitions over the past 11 years.

“We’d like to thank Lori for her significant contributions to Parts Town Unlimited. She has worked tirelessly to ensure our growth and support our team,” Snower said. “She is a cultural icon at Parts Town, and I appreciate her integrity in providing substantial forward notice with a commitment to work with Glenn through an extended transition.”
