RSG Taps Experienced Foodservice Equipment Professional as Director of Customer Experience

Danielle Teach has joined Refrigerated Solutions Group (RSG) as director of customer experience.

Having spent more than three decades with ITW Food Equipment Group, Teach has experience building best-in-class teams and successfully collaborating across sales, operations, and customer partners to elevate the customer experience. Her approach reflects a clear understanding of how manufacturers, dealers, and operators work together to create shared success, RSG said in a news release.

“Danielle has earned the trust of the foodservice community because she brings proven experience to the table,” said Brian Kadel, vice president of dealer sales at RSG. “Her credibility and long-standing industry relationships will add meaningful value for our foodservice partners.”
