Manufacturing Veteran Joins Alto-Shaam as Director of Consultant Services

Alto-Shaam, a FEDA manufacturer member, has appointed Connor Martin as its new director of consultant services. In his new role, Martin will drive Alto-Shaam's consultant strategy across the United States, developing and strengthening relationships with consultant groups. He will also work to elevate the company’s presence within industry organizations and associations and deliver informed, actionable industry insights to ensure Alto-Shaam remains at the forefront of innovation.

Martin has more than two decades of experience in foodservice equipment sales, new business development, and consultant engagement, including roles at Rational and ITW. He brings to Alto-Shaam a proven track record in delivering year-over-year growth, fostering robust partnerships, and developing strategic initiatives that provide measurable impact.
