Ali Group, which operates in North America under the Welbilt brand, announced a series of leadership appointments effective May 11 affecting Ali Group North America, ACP, and the recently acquired BUNN brand.

Brad Willis was appointed president and CEO of BUNN. In this role, Willis will have responsibility for all day-to-day operations at BUNN and will report to Filippo Berti, chairman and CEO of Ali Group.

Willis joined Ali Group in 2009 as CFO of Beverage‑Air and was appointed CFO of Ali Group North America in 2014. In 2018, he became CFO of Ali Group. Throughout his tenure, Willis has guided the organization through significant growth, providing disciplined financial leadership, supporting operational excellence, and leading multiple acquisitions from due diligence through integration.

With Willis assuming the role of president and CEO of BUNN, David Kalinowski was appointed CFO of Ali Group North America. Kalinowski joined Scotsman Ice in 2006 and held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility there, including CFO, before being appointed president of ACP in 2022. Under his leadership, ACP built on a more than 25‑year legacy of delivering best‑in‑class commercial ovens to the foodservice equipment industry, Ali Group said in a press release.

Succeeding Kalinowski as president of ACP is Meghan Hurst. Hurst most recently served as vice president and general manager for Vulcan, part of ITW Food Equipment Group. She joined the company in 2014 and has held several key leadership roles, including vice president of sales and marketing. She brings more than 15 years of experience across commercial, product, and general management roles to ACP.

“These leadership appointments reflect the strength of our organization and our continued focus on developing and advancing exceptional talent,” Berti said. “Brad, David, and Meghan each bring the experience, leadership, and strategic perspective needed to support our businesses and position them for continued success.”
