Are You Ready? The FEDA Annual Conference Begins in Two Weeks!

Set for Sept. 15–18 in Park City, Utah, the 2026 FEDA Annual Executive Leadership Conference will equip foodservice equipment and supplies professionals with actionable strategies for building successful, enduring enterprises. The program features industry-shaping speakers, including Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak and Verne Harnish, business author and founder of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, who will expand on the flywheel concepts introduced by Jim Collins at last year’s event. Parts Town Unlimited Invests in New Georgia Fulfillment Center

At 538,450 square feet, the new facility will be the company’s largest global fulfillment center to date, and it will stock commercial foodservice, residential appliance, and HVAC OEM parts. Once operational, it will enable Parts Town Unlimited to bring mission-critical OEM parts to 93% of the United States within two days. The company also plans to offer local pickup and same-day delivery, giving Atlanta-area customers access to OEM parts in as little as two hours.

Former S.S. Kemp Owner Howard Fishman Remembered

It is with heavy hearts that FEDA shares news of the passing of Howard Hirsch Fishman, the former owner of S.S. Kemp Co. and a past president of FEDA. Fishman’s professional career was marked by vision, innovation, and leadership. Ten years after acquiring S.S. Kemp Co., the company was named Dealer of the Year in 1988 by Foodservice Equipment & Supplies magazine. He went on to serve as president of FEDA from 1992 to 1994.

Restaurant Equipment World Welcomes Third Generation to Company

As Restaurant Equipment World marks its 50th anniversary, the Orlando-based distributor has added Hunter and Landon Pierce, sons of President and CEO Brad Pierce. The brothers are joining the team originally built by retired founders and grandparents, Jerry and Carol Pierce, whose many accomplishments established a solid foundation and reputation for REW in the foodservice industry.
